Walter Gropius, Adolf Meyer, Fagus Werk Hauptgebäude, 1911-1913

Designed by Walter Gropius and Adolf Meyer, the Fagus-Werk main building marked a bold departure from traditional industrial architecture. With its expansive glass façade, open corners, and horizontal lines, it introduced a new architectural language of lightness, function, and clarity. Often seen as a forerunner to the Bauhaus movement, this building laid the groundwork for the modernist movement to come.

This print is my tribute to its radical simplicity and lasting influence.
